At Sugar and Plumm’s bistro Chef Ben Dodaro has a menu that journeys from updated yet classic flavor profiles such as house-smoked salmon adorned with crème fraiche, red onions and capers on a gluten-free buckwheat crepe. It also features ingredient driven comfort foods such as our 72-hour house-smoked pulled pork in between our homemade waffles with pickled onion slaw. All of our meats and fish are butchered, cured and smoked in-house, accompanied by our proprietary made fresh daily sauces and condiments.
